Petshiwu offers a 365-day return window from the date you receive your order. This policy applies to the United States, including buyer's remorse on unused items.

Return shipping is paid by the customer for customer-initiated returns. Return shipping is free if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You may return or exchange eligible items within 365 days of delivery.

Eligible returns

• Unused, unopened items in original packaging (buyer's remorse)
• Items that arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong items sent in error

Non-returnable items

Opened food, treats, or supplements; used grooming products; clearance or final-sale items; and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return cost

Return shipping cost: paid by the customer. Free return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Original outbound shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

How to return

Email support@petshiwu.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Mail the item back to Petshiwu, 37-68 74th St, Jackson Heights, NY 11372, United States.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the return.
